Vote 4 Shelly

Dear Friends,

As you probably know I am not seeking re-election in the House of Representatives
in 2009. I am writing this letter to those of you who have supported me in the past.

Shelly Short is a candidate for my vacated position. I think Shelly Short is the
candidate that would best continue with the ideas and principles that I have
supported in the past and I believe Shelly Short would continue to support those
same time honored traditions that the Seventh District has grown to expect from
their State Legislators.

Shelly Short is dedicated to protecting our property rights, second amendment
rights, and the local control of our children's education. Last but not least Shelly
Short is committed to reducing our taxes. I would count it a great honor if you
would accept my recommendation of Shelly Short to you as the successor to my
vacated House Seat.
