Contributions are limited to $800 per individual or business for both the primary and the general elections, for a total of $1,600 per person or business ($3,200 per couple). Name, address, occupation, employer and city of employment are required by state law for all contributions of $100 or greater. Contributions from corporations or businesses not doing business in the state of Washington are prohibited by state law. Contributions to "Shelly for State" are not tax deductible.
